JEE Advanced 2016

The registrations for JEE Advanced exams which is the second level exam of JEE will start from 29th of April till 4th of May 2016. Since, the results of the JEE Main exam are getting due on 27th April 2016, candidates aspiring for JEE Advanced exams should get updated on the registration formalities required to appear. The registrations will start soon as the CBSE declared AIR or All India Ranking on 27th April. The AIR will be revealing the top 1,50,000 candidates from all over the country who have qualified in the JEE Main and are among top 1.5 lakhs. The registration for JEE Advanced exams can be done on the official website http://www.jeeadv.ac.in/.

JEE Advanced 2016 Registration

Candidates can visit the official site of JEE Advanced 2016 and create a login id first. After creating you can complete your registration procedure by providing all the required information asked there. Do choose the medium of exam i.e. Hindi or English. Also select the city of the examination. The list of cities selected to be examination centres will be shown at the site.

Pay the fees online after registering and uploading the scanned documents. Take the print out of the registration receipt.

JEE Advanced 2016 Important Dates

Here are some important dates to be kept in mind for all candidates aspiring to appear for the JEE-IIT exams:

   

1. Date of Online Registration : 29th April to 4th May 2016 (till 5.00 PM)

2. Date of Exams: 22nd May 2016 (Paper I and Paper II)

3. Online display of ORS and scanned responses : 1st June to 4th June 2016

4. Online Answer Keys display – 5th June 2016

5. Online JEE Advanced Results – 12th June 2016

6. Online registration for Architecture Aptitude Test – 12th June to 13th June 2016

7. Date of AAT : 15th June 2016

8. Seat Enrolment – 20th June 2016 to 19th July 2016

Students qualifying the JEE Advanced exams will be eligible for admissions to the IITs and ISM, Dhanbad of India. The exam will be conducted by the 7 zonal IITs across various examination centres. The JAB – Joint Admission Board is the governing body and conducts the exam through the seven IITs. Qualifying candidates will be getting admissions to various engineering programs in 18 IITs of India, ISM, Dhanbad and other top reputed engineering institutes.
